1. How can I place an order?

Within Germany, delivery times are usually 7-10 working days.

Shipping costs within Germany are €3.90. Free shipping is available for orders over €35. For other countries, shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

As long as your order hasn't been shipped, you can cancel or change it. To do so, contact us immediately by email or phone. Once shipped, only returns are possible.
6. How does the return process work?
You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return them. The items must be unused and in their original packaging. Send us an email for a return label.
7. Are the products guaranteed?
All our products come with a statutory two-year warranty. In the event of defects or faults, we will replace the goods free of charge or refund the purchase price.
